Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 4, 2026.
Signature Donors believes intended parents and egg donors deserve clear, respectful information. That includes being able to use this website. We are committed to making our digital content accessible to people with disabilities and to improving the experience over time.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where it is reasonable and technically feasible. That includes readable type, sufficient color contrast, keyboard access to interactive controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, and pages that work with common assistive technologies.
What we are doing
Our work includes:
- Semantic headings and labels on forms, navigation, and page sections.
- Keyboard-accessible menus, carousels, and buttons, with visible focus states.
- Text alternatives for brand and content images where they convey meaning.
- Ongoing review of new page modules as we rebuild the site.
Known limits
Some older media, third-party embeds, or the separate donor-database portal may not yet meet the same standard as this website. We are addressing issues as we find them. If a feature blocks you, please tell us — we will help you get the information another way.
Request an accessible format
If you need information from this website in another format — for example, a document you can enlarge, a phone walkthrough of a page, or help completing an inquiry — contact us. We will work with you to provide a reasonable alternative.
How to report a barrier
Please email info@signaturedonors.com or call 203-208-8329 and include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you use if you know it. You can also reach us through our contact form.
