Signature Donors (“Signature Egg Donation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides information about egg donation, our team, and how to get in touch. Using this website means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Not a program contract
These terms cover the website only. Applying to become a donor, matching with a donor, accessing the donor database, or entering a donation cycle is governed by separate applications, consents, and legal agreements. Those documents control parental rights, compensation, confidentiality, medical decision-making, and related program terms. Nothing on this website replaces independent legal counsel for donors or intended parents.

Articles, process overviews, and other content on this site are for general education. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a physician, attorney, or our team about your situation. Egg donation involves medical procedures performed by licensed clinics. Outcomes vary.
Eligibility
This website is intended for adults. Donor eligibility (including typical age, health, and screening criteria) is described on our requirements pages and confirmed during screening. Meeting published criteria does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that Connecticut law may also apply to activity connected with our Stamford office. Venue for disputes arising from website use is in state or federal courts located in New York or Connecticut, as appropriate.
